02What We Collect

order contents, items selected, and quantities;
amount, currency, and payment status;

shipping status and tracking number.

2.3. Payment information

Payments are processed by third-party payment services, including Tribute. We do not receive or store your full card number, expiration date, or security code. We see only the outcome of the payment: status, amount, currency, payment method, and in some cases the last digits of the card and the country of issue.

2.4. Information relating to voluntary project support payments

Email address, amount, currency, and payment status.

IP address;
browser type and version, operating system, device type;
pages visited and time of visit;
referring source;
cookie identifiers and similar technologies.

We do not send advertising or marketing communications.

We do not make decisions about users based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects, other than the automated payment security checks carried out by payment services.

04 Who We Share Data With

Personal data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Data is shared with the following categories of recipients, only to the extent needed for the purposes described above:

the e-commerce platform on which the Site runs, and its infrastructure providers (hosting, data storage);
payment services and acquiring providers, including Tribute, for payment processing, refunds, and fraud prevention; these services process payer data as independent controllers under their own policies;
production and fulfillment partners, for assembling and preparing shipments;
carriers and postal operators, for delivery;
web analytics providers, where you have consented to the relevant cookies;
professional advisors (legal, accounting, audit), where necessary;
competent authorities, where there is a lawful requirement.

05 International Transfers

iqLaw Limited is registered in Hong Kong. Our providers may be located in other jurisdictions, including European Union member states, the United Kingdom, the United States, and countries in the Asia-Pacific region.

Data is transferred outside your jurisdiction only to the extent necessary to perform the contract, including delivery of your order to the address you provide. Where a transfer is subject to European Union or United Kingdom data protection law, we apply the mechanisms provided for under that law, including standard contractual clauses.

Products purchased on a pre-order basis ship in 2027, so order data is kept until shipment, with the three-year period above running from that point.

Once the retention period ends, data is deleted or anonymized.

07 Your Rights

To the extent provided by the law applicable to you, you have the right to:

confirm whether we process your data and obtain access to it;
have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
request deletion of your data;
request restriction of processing;
object to processing based on legitimate interest;
receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller;
withdraw consent for processing based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your place of residence, or with the Hong Kong Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD).

Some rights may be limited by our need to perform the contract and comply with legal obligations. In particular, deleting order data before the order is fulfilled would make fulfillment impossible.

To exercise any of these rights, write to support@morgenshtern.show, quoting your order number or the email address used to place the order. We may ask for further information to verify your identity.

We respond within 7 calendar days.

08 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for telling us promptly if it changes. Pre-orders take a long time to fulfill, so please report any change of shipping address or contact details to support@morgenshtern.show before shipment.

09 Security

We apply organizational and technical safeguards: encryption in transit (TLS), access to data on a least-privilege basis, and selection of providers with regard to their security practices. That said, no method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure.

10 Minors

The Site is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that data was provided by someone under 16, it will be deleted.

11 Cookies

What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember information about your actions and preferences, either for the duration of a session or between visits.

Similar technologies include pixels, web beacons, browser local storage, and embedded software development kits (SDKs).

By source, cookies are either first-party (set by the Site's own domain) or third-party (set by the domains of service providers). By duration, they are either session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (stored for a set period).

3.1. Strictly necessary

These keep the Site working. Without them, the Site cannot function properly.

Purpose:

retaining cart contents and order details;
enabling checkout and payment;

protection against fraudulent and automated activity;
remembering your language and currency selection;
remembering your cookie preferences.

Basis: legitimate interest / technical necessity. No consent is required, and these cannot be turned off through the banner.

Retention: from the length of a session up to 12 months.

3.2. Analytics

These help us understand traffic to the Site and how users interact with it, in aggregate.

Purpose:

counting visits and identifying referral sources;
analyzing which pages are viewed and in what order;
identifying technical errors and problems in the checkout process.

Retention: up to 24 months.

3.3. Advertising and marketing

These may be used by advertising and social platforms to measure campaign performance and build interest profiles.

Retention: up to 13 months.

If no such cookies are in use on the Site, this category is not available for selection in the consent banner.
